It was one motivational call and then 2 inline interviews. It was kinda what you'd expect, not super hard but they tried to throw you curveballs to see how you'd handle unexpected stuff. They asked market sizing, reasoning, and behavioral questions.

The hiring process starts with an initial interview with the HR manager for an introductory chat. If you pass this first stage, there might be a subsequent interview with the manager of the business division where the role is. The second step only happens if you successfully clear the first one.

Although the job was already settled with my future supervisor, I still had to go through an assessment center and a HR interview. The AC was very easy, consisting of a group discussion and a 5-minute individual presentation for which I had 1.5 hours to prepare. The HR interview involved questions about my resume, strengths, weaknesses, etc., which I had already answered twice before. The feedback on the AC wasn't very in-depth; they took issue with some phrasing and accused me of lacking proactivity, even though I had consciously held back after being advised in previous situations not to dominate discussions. Ultimately, they offered me a salary several thousand Euros below what I had previously agreed upon with my future supervisor.
