Project Assistant

The initial interview was really nice, I was welcomed warmly. All the questions were polite and to the point. Overall, they asked typical standard questions about past projects and approaches, what was done, and why certain decisions were made.

Project Management Intern
Had a phone call with two interviewers. We first spoke in English, then in the language of the target country. They did a general check of my CV, then asked about my language skills. We talked about why I'm interested in VW, what my internship goals are, and about previous interns who studied the same subject. We also discussed my career goals.
