It is a Co-op position so that I applied to it on the school intranet and it took about 2 weeks to get the message of interview. Some basic and easy interview questions with a little bit accounting skill question, a excel test was included. Also asked the question about what you know about so company so previous research is highly recommended.

There were 3 rounds of interviews: first with HR, then the team manager, and finally the team director. There was also an assessment center. The final round involved HR discussing the salary. Each interview was a one-on-one, lasting about half an hour, and included some tests on financial skills.

So first, I had to fill out an online application form, which had three questions focused on competencies. One question asked me to describe my ultimate customer experience, another asked me to demonstrate my critical thinking skills, and the last one was about teamwork. After I got through that, the next step was a telephone interview.
