So I had two rounds for this Sr Data Scientist role, and honestly, it was a letdown. The whole thing took forever, like three weeks to set up each interview, which felt like they didn't care about my time. The first interview was super basic, basically just going over my resume without really digging into my skills. The second round was a mess, all these textbook theory questions, like defining NP-hard problems. It felt like they wanted someone who memorized stuff, not someone who could actually solve real problems or be creative with data, which is what the job needs. But the worst part was this one interviewer who kept laughing when I couldn't answer some questions. It was really disrespectful and unprofessional. They're supposed to be evaluating me, not making me feel bad. Definitely the most unprofessional interview I've been through. The whole process felt disorganized, too academic, and just lacked basic professionalism. They really need to fix how they evaluate candidates and how interviewers act.

The interview process was really simple. First, there was a virtual hirevue, and then one interview with the manager of the team you'd be joining. It was mostly behavioral questions, with a few easy technical ones thrown in. They wanted to gauge your interest in aviation, your passion for the airline industry, and why you want to work in technical operations. They also asked about what problems you find exciting.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and professional. It kicked off with submitting an online application, then a quick phone screening, and finally a panel interview with the department manager. The questions were mainly about my past experiences, how I handle problem-solving, and teamwork. The panel was nice and let me know what to expect next. It was an informative and well-organized process overall.

It was an on campus opportunity. The first round was resume shortlisting. The second round was an online assessment that included coding, reasoning, and CSE related questions. The third round happened in the company's office and consisted of SQL queries, a case study, and resume discussion. The fourth round involved project discussions.
