I got an email to set up a screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was 30 minutes late for the scheduled call. I followed up with an email and was told I'd get a call in about 15 minutes, but I never did. I asked to reschedule for a different day. On the new date, the recruiter was over an hour late. When we finally spoke on the phone, I was told I'd hear back in 48 hours if they wanted to move forward, but I never did. I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I was excited about working at United Airlines, as I have friends there who enjoy their jobs. I felt like I was left behind and overlooked, and never really got a chance.

Got a response about 4 weeks after applying online. The HR phone screen was super quick. After that, I had a 1 to 1 call with the hiring manager. The final stage was a 2-hour on-site panel interview, and then a 1 to 1 session that involved a role-play exercise.

I had three interviews. First, I spoke with HR to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which included a lot of behavioral questions. The third interview was with two managers from cross-collaborating teams, and they also asked behavioral questions.
