I met with a recruiter at my university's career fair and then about a week later a technical recruiter reached out to schedule a 15 minute intro interview. He asked really basic things like why united and what role in the program I was interested in. Then 1-2 weeks later they scheduled a 45 minutes behavioral interview and asked standard questions. Overall it was an easy and straight forward process!

I had one quick interview with a lot of behavioral questions. I appreciated that they'd already looked at my portfolio and resume, so we could just chat. It was a good interview, but the behavioral questions were tough, and I'm glad I was ready for them. You definitely couldn't just wing those answers.
