Software Engineer Intern
It was a 3 round process, all of them were technical. The first one was mostly about fundamentals and I got asked one medium level array question. The second round dove into System design, SQL queries and API concepts. I messed up a bit on the system design part. The third round got really deep into C pointers and more SQL queries. I managed to solve them all but needed some hints. I got rejected after the final round, and they didn't give any feedback.

Normally for finance jobs, they first look at your resume and then give you some aptitude or numerical test. If you pass that, you'll go into technical rounds where they ask about finance stuff, how to value things, and accounting. They also do behavioral interviews to see how you communicate, work with others, and make decisions. Some companies give you case studies or make you do Excel modeling to test your problem-solving. Finally, you might have an HR round or talk to top management.

Right after applying, an HR person called me for an initial screening which lasted about 10 minutes. They talked about the job, which is about calling students to sell Unacademy courses. They asked if I could handle sales goals, if I spoke Hindi and English well, and if I had a laptop and good internet. Since I said yes to everything, they set up another interview for the next day. The next round was with the Sales Manager on Google Meet for 20 minutes. This was the big one. After that, there was a final HR meeting, also on Google Meet for 15 minutes, where we discussed salary, work hours (10 AM to 7 PM), the 6-day work week, where I'd work from, and when I could start. I got the offer letter two days after being selected. It was a quick and professional hiring process.

Product Analyst
It was a quick process because they really needed to hire someone fast. HR pushed to get the interviews done ASAP. The interviews themselves were pretty easy and the use cases weren't too tough. I went through 4 rounds in total: a screening, a use case round, a technical round, and then a final technical round combined with a cultural fit assessment.
- Can you explain Rolling Sum?
- What is Cumulative sum?
- Basic SQL concepts.
