They have 3 main interview rounds: an intro, a screening, and a final sales pitch. Management is supportive and the work culture is good. The screening round is really important.

It was a smooth and good experience. Overall the questions asked were moderate to difficult and mostly situational based. They did ask about why sales, difference between sales and marketing, and asked to sell a product. There were HR questions like why Unacademy and not any other EdTech platform.
- Can you sell the spectacles you are wearing?
Business Development Executive
It was pretty smooth although they test you on the basis of what you are capable of which is very good since they prefer quality and that's why I got selected. The HR and the managers are well capable to bring the best out of you in the interview process and specially in manager round they really test your precision skills to detail.
- Why are you interested in Unacademy?
