Business Development Associate
The HR round is where they'll ask about your past work, your studies, and why you want to join us. They'll also check out your strengths, weaknesses, and how you deal with tough spots. They're looking at how confident and clear you are. Then, the Team Lead round is more about seeing how you fit in with the team and handle stuff related to our products. In the Zone Manager round, they'll check if you can step up and lead when it comes to customers.
- Can you give me some basic sales pitches?
- Can you demonstrate pitching our product?
Business Development Manager
There were two rounds. First, I spoke with the Manager, and then with the Associate Director. The questions were normal sales-related questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to join us?
- Are you open to relocating to other cities?
Business Development Associate
The process was easy to medium, focusing on basic negotiation skills. It was entirely online, with one phone call. Prior business experience is a plus, so don't worry if you have it.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
- What is your experience in business?
- How would you describe your negotiation skills?
