Software Engineer Intern
It was a 3 round process, all of them were technical. The first one was mostly about fundamentals and I got asked one medium level array question. The second round dove into System design, SQL queries and API concepts. I messed up a bit on the system design part. The third round got really deep into C pointers and more SQL queries. I managed to solve them all but needed some hints. I got rejected after the final round, and they didn't give any feedback.
- Can you explain the Kadence algorithm?
- How do you perform SQL joins?
- Tell me about System Design.
Software Engineer
The interview process involved two rounds. The first was a technical round focusing on basic data structures and algorithms, including topics like recursion, arrays, stacks, and strings. The second round was with HR and focused on cultural fit and motivation, with questions like explaining a concept to a 5-year-old.
- Given 3 types of brackets, what are the possible variations in the number of brackets?
Software Engineer
Applied via the portal. Got a call after a week and the first round was set up for the same day. The first round was supposed to be Algo/DSA. The whole hiring team was super unprofessional, the interviewer was late and then took a break for a production issue. I was told it was a DSA round, so I agreed to interview the same day. But first, they made me code in a language I'd never seen. The interviewer was rushed and asked random tech questions instead of DSA.
- Tell me about REST APIs.
- Solve this coding question.
- Can you discuss backend technologies?
