It was a well-organized and chill interview. They were trying to hire someone right out of college, so it wasn't super hard. Mostly, they talked about the company's product and the skills they were hoping to find in a candidate.

Technical Case

The interview process had 2 technical rounds focusing on Excel and data analysis, plus a case study. The interviewer confirmed my answers were correct, but I still got a rejection email. A positive aspect was the quick hiring timeline; the process was very fast.

Behavioral Technical

I had one interview round, with the Manager. It was supposed to be a phone interview, but the interviewer was an hour late. They asked me about my leadership skills and for my introduction, but nothing about domain knowledge. After the interview, I asked for feedback, and the interviewer said my profile met their expectations. It's been about 10 days with no response. My request is, if the profile isn't suitable, please inform the candidates instead of setting false expectations and making them follow up. There doesn't seem to be a clear process, or maybe the team is unaware of it.
