The interview process was pretty straightforward and fast. It involved an assignment first, then 2 interview rounds, making it 3 rounds total. Since I applied for a role focused on language, the assignment tested my language abilities and content creation skills.

It was a video call interview for a content writer role that covers all content aspects. During the interview, it turned out to be more customer success focused rather than marketing. The interviewer kept asking about customer success importance, not marketing questions. I was told by HR that I'd work across domains, but the interview suggested I'd only do FAQ pages for now. The interviewer seemed overworked. I lost interest and didn't want to vouch for the job. They also asked if I could write in a regional language, which wasn't in the job posting.

  • Can you explain the significance of customer success in content creation?
