The interview process itself was good, I was treated professionally. However, after an initial screening call and two interviews I was notified that job description and tasks were changed and I was no longer considered for position. I had good matching skills for initial position but not the changed one. It would be great if the company decides what role is required before posting it and going through multiple interview stages with a candidate to announce that a candidate is not fitting. Saves both the candidate's and company's time.

Behavioral

It was a straightforward, timely, well-organized, and professional interview process. The questions were more about self-reflection than I anticipated, which led to some great conversations. While some of the recommended prep didn't directly come up in the interview, it was still valuable to have done. The team was friendly, and it seems like a great place to work.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I thought the interview went really well, honestly. It was super pleasant, we even shared some laughs. All the professional questions were things I've handled before and could answer easily. I was genuinely excited about how it seemed to go. But then, out of nowhere, I got a standard rejection email with zero explanation of what went wrong. And to top it off, when I reached out for feedback, the interviewer just ghosted me. It's frustrating when they send rejection emails encouraging you to reapply but don't give any guidance on what to improve. I put a ton of time and effort into a tailored application and preparing for the interviews, only to be treated like I didn't even exist.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, there was a screening with the hiring team which was friendly and positive. Then, a cognitive assessment. After that, a technical interview which was more of a chat and going over my experience, pretty easy. Finally, a culture interview based around their values. Some strange questions here which lacked clarity. They did say the format of the culture had recently changed. I feel this is where I fell short. Things that went wrong: I gave my availability for interviews but the hiring team booked a completely different day for the technical interview. Rather than going back I moved my calendar around to accommodate. After going through the whole process, I received no offer, no feedback - absolutely nothing! I chased the hiring team after a week and they said they would call me but received no calls. I followed up asking for feedback via email but again nothing. I felt this was extremely rude.
