I had an initial HR interview, and then I met with the head of the department. That interview also included an assessment and a personality test. Unfortunately, they decided not to move forward with me, and I felt it wasn't the right fit for what I was looking for either.

The whole process was pretty smooth and handled really well. Drew, the recruiter, was great. First, we had a call, and then a technical interview with the people who would be reporting to me. They were cool and did the interview professionally. The recruiter set up another call to give me feedback, even though it wasn't good news. I really liked that the recruiter called with honest and detailed feedback. Big props to the Trustpilot recruitment crew!
