The interviews had a good atmosphere, and the interviewers were excellent. They had an open and friendly approach, which put me at ease and allowed me to perform my best. It was refreshing in the current climate. Communication was great throughout.

It started with a recruiter screening call. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and another senior manager where they asked me about my experience and competencies. Then came a case study that I had to present back to the hiring manager and another Technical manager. They didn't ask many questions about my presentation itself, but instead used the remaining time for other technical questions. I didn't make it to the final stage, which would have been an interview about values and company fit with two interviewers. The recruiter was really slow throughout the whole process, I often had to prompt them to book interviews even after they confirmed they wanted to move forward and I'd given them my availability, which meant I sometimes only had less than 24 hours notice for a call. After my case study presentation, the interviewers said I'd hear back in a few days, but I never did, even after chasing the recruiter for feedback more than once when it was clear they weren't moving forward with my application. Still no response after over a month, which is pretty rude, especially after I took the time to do their case study for over a week.

I had an HR screening first. After that, I interviewed with the hiring managers who asked both technical questions and questions about my past experiences. Then there was a take-home task that was pretty complex and took a lot of time. It's a bit confusing because I saw two other reviews for different job titles that mentioned the same case study, making me wonder who they're actually looking for.
