I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a month later. We had a 20-minute phone chat, and at the end, they scheduled me for an in-person interview. The interview was in Denver with two different managers. I wasn't told beforehand that I'd have 30 minutes with each. The first manager ran over his time, so he went to get the second manager, and about 40 minutes passed. The second manager came in, asked me two questions, and then seemed really annoyed and distracted and left after only about 10 minutes. The recruiter didn't contact me for over a week to tell me they chose other candidates.
