Team Lead
Got contacted by a recruiter, then a week later had a video call with the Director of Engineering. Another week went by and I had a video call with the VP of Engineering. About 5 weeks after that, I had an in-person meeting with the VP of Engineering and an Engineering Manager. Three days later, I got the job offer.

Manager
The interview process was good up until a certain point. I had five phone interviews that were mostly conversational, with only one or two questions to keep things moving. Some of the people I spoke with were really professional and I enjoyed talking with them and learning about the company from their perspective. However, one of the interviews was the worst I've ever had, and if I had been offered the job, I probably would have turned it down based on that alone. Knowing that I'd have to work with or interact with that person sometimes would have made things unpleasant. It seems like a decent company to work for with some good people, but the leadership might be questionable. Also, the job has been posted multiple times, which could be a red flag.
- Describe a time you handled conflict.

I applied for an interesting corporate function role. I was invited for a 1st interview with HR, which went really well. Weeks went by. HR contacted me again because the job description had changed. I was still aligned and positive about the role. Weeks went by again. I had my 2nd interview with the hiring manager, which got rescheduled, but that was no problem. Finally, the 2nd interview with the hiring manager happened and went well. I was told I'd get an update within 1 to 2 weeks. Months went by, and I never heard from them again. It's a shame, because companies like these have an international name but behave extremely unprofessionally. The time and effort I put into constant email follow-ups, the actual meetings, and the weeks/months it took for any movement makes me glad it didn't work out in the end.

HR Specialist
So, I went through the interview process for the HR Specialist Leadership Program. It was pretty well-organized and felt professional. There were several rounds, and they asked me stuff about leadership potential, how I solve problems, and my HR knowledge. The people interviewing me were into it, friendly, and they let me know what they were looking for. I liked how they tied the skills to the company's values and leadership stuff. To get ready, I used STAR examples and made sure I knew about current HR trends.
