The interview process was good up until a certain point. I had five phone interviews that were mostly conversational, with only one or two questions to keep things moving. Some of the people I spoke with were really professional and I enjoyed talking with them and learning about the company from their perspective. However, one of the interviews was the worst I've ever had, and if I had been offered the job, I probably would have turned it down based on that alone. Knowing that I'd have to work with or interact with that person sometimes would have made things unpleasant. It seems like a decent company to work for with some good people, but the leadership might be questionable. Also, the job has been posted multiple times, which could be a red flag.

The HR team was great, really quick to respond and kept me in the loop. I applied online and also got some help from friends who work there. There were three interviews in total, all one-on-one. They asked typical behavioral questions. I felt pretty at ease talking with SBD. All in all, a really good experience.

The whole process took about two weeks. I got an email to set up a phone interview. It was with about five or six people, and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed but still professional. It lasted about 20 minutes. Afterward, the coordinator emailed to say they'd keep me updated. A week later, I got the offer.
