The interview process was smooth and technical. It's purely based on your previous organization experience. There will be a Skype call from the US. This organization is US-based and has offices worldwide. It's a really good place to work. Pros: Flexi timings. Cons: Salary is not up to standards. Management does not recognize talents, only politics matters here.
