Change Management Leader
The interview process was strange. First, a quick phone screen with HR. I only got the last minute or two to ask questions, which felt like they weren't looking for a good fit, just someone to fill the role. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager. She was nice and asked general questions, probably checking for basic skills and cultural fit since it wasn't her specialty. Again, only a couple of minutes for my questions at the end, so my questions didn't seem to matter. The third round was a panel with four project team members. They asked about skills outside the job description, more like for a project manager or continuous improvement manager, not a change management leader. I have those skills, but it wasn't what the job description said. I also realized they're trying to do a huge global program with only one person on the change management team, not a team at all. It'll be tough to succeed there, but they don't seem to realize it. They should have figured out how many people they need for their global initiatives and written a more accurate job description. After all that, they ghosted me. Super unprofessional and careless.
- How do you create a strategy for a large program?
Associate
I got a link to schedule an interview but only one time slot was available. When I tried to reschedule using the system, there was no response. I had to find the HR email and ask for my availability the following week, but then they didn't respond for weeks. I emailed a program manager to politely ask if they were still interviewing for the program. A few weeks later, HR emailed me saying interviews would be delayed and that I'd get priority consideration. A few weeks after that (around when they said interviews would be pushed to), I contacted HR to see if the process could be sped up because I had another offer deadline. The next day, I got an automated rejection email without any direct reply.

Lab Technician
The interview process was pretty direct and had a technical focus. Make sure you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals like pipetting, preparing reagents, calibration, and lab math. Be prepared to dive deep into specific areas mentioned in the job description, like genome editing or protein purification. They'll want to know about techniques you've used in previous roles and how they apply to this job. Focus on the techniques most relevant to the role's requirements, like protein purification, and briefly mention others.
- Could you detail the protein purification techniques you employed during your undergraduate studies?
- Could you elaborate on your experience with SEC chromatography?
- Could you elaborate on your experience with IMA chromatography?
Biochemist
After applying, I went through a two interview process before receiving an offer. Interview One was a 30 min microsoft teams interview (no camera) 7-10 days after applying. It was with two managers; they asked technical and personality interview questions; it was not overly formal. Interview Two was a month after Interview One and onsite (invite was two weeks after interview one) I met with the team, team managers, and gave a 30-minute presentation on relevant experience before a site walkthrough. I received an offer around a month after interview two. The whole process was pretty painless, and the company atmosphere was very welcoming. Around 2-3 months from application to offer.
