We started with some small talk, then they told me about the role and the company. As I described my projects, they were checking the structure, numbers, ownership, and my reflections. They asked about the team, stress, salary, and start date to see if I was a good fit, and to gauge my professionalism and reliability.

After I applied, I got an auto rejection email. A month later, an HR person called me for an interview. I asked about the rejection email, and she said it was a mistake because they hadn't finished reviewing all the CVs. So, I went for the first interview, and it went really well. The project manager liked my answers and said my values aligned with the company. They then emailed me to prepare for the second round and asked for my work visa and passport copy before scheduling it. I emailed them a week later asking for an update since I hadn't heard back, but got no reply. Another week passed, and I received another auto email, identical to the first one, saying they couldn't get back to me personally due to the high volume of applicants and that they were moving forward with other candidates.
