The interview was set for 45 minutes in a hotel lobby. The area service manager, HR manager, and two technicians were present. They started by asking what I knew about the company and about my background. A good chunk of the time was spent with one tech and the HR person answering some of my questions. They didn't ask any technical questions since they were only screening experienced techs, but most of the questions were about customer interaction.
