It kicked off with me introducing myself, then they talked about the role and what they're looking for. They threw in some easy HR and technical questions. It felt like a smooth onboarding. They basically asked about everything on my resume. They seemed to want someone who works well in a team, not just a super technical person.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Introduce yourself and answer some basic HR questions, then some technical questions about your projects, internship, and previous work experiences.
  • How did you complete a certain project and what was your approach?
  • Respond to HR questions with example scenarios and share your reaction, as they observed your body language.

After a few days, I was invited for an online interview with team members. Besides a few small technical questions (e.g., "what does a pull-up resistor do?" ) and a description of previous experience in the future areas of activity, it was already over. Questions about soft skills (strengths, weaknesses, working methods) were not asked. After about a week, the invitation for the on-site appointment came, where the offer was made and the work environment was presented.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain the purpose of a pull-up resistor?
  • Can you tell me more about your resume?

The entire onboarding process takes 2 months, which is probably an exception, normally it's about 1 month. A nice, relaxed interview with no "mean" questions. Quick feedback on whether you were hired. The onboarding process was quite easy overall.

  • Tell me about your resume.
