It's a quick process, but it has a few steps. First, you submit your resume, then there are computer tests, followed by interviews with HR and management, and finally, the documentation stage. The interviews are the most important parts. I've gone through the whole process twice. The first time, the interviews were via Teams, and the second time, the HR interview was remote, but the management interview was in person. They decide how it will be conducted.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was quite difficult and time-consuming, everything followed the official notice and there were many people. The behavioral interview is very long, so be prepared to spend a lot of time on it. Also, the results take a long time to come out. The interview with the manager was quite relaxed, focusing on the role's responsibilities and not personal matters, it's clear they value results.

Group Presentation

The first part was an in-person dynamic activity at Senac Lapa Tito, and the second part was a test class done via Teams. The first part was a dynamic where three candidates had to develop the idea of a game. For the test class, we had to use Unity to present a concept. I'm leaving a negative review of my experience because, although the interview process was well-designed, the feedback and transparency left a lot to be desired. I was told I'd get feedback on the test class that same week, but that didn't happen. I received feedback a week later in the form of a generic automated message. I felt there was a lack of human touch in this last part; candidates dedicate their time to travel to the location and prepare a class, only to receive generic automated feedback afterwards.

The role was in Paraná. The first step was to register and have your resume reviewed. Then there was a test, and the final step was an in-person interview. It's crucial to know everything about SENAC for the test, as it accounts for a third of the score and is very important for the next stage. The rest of the test covered basic math, Portuguese, and Excel. In the in-person interview, three team members were present, and the conversation was very welcoming. They asked about technical knowledge, my life story, and what I thought was important for the role at the company. Overall, it was a good experience, even though I wasn't approved.
