The interview was normal, with common questions, and then I had to write an essay about the importance of marketing, something like that. I later found out they selected someone with no background in the field.

Primeiro teve uma entrevista em grupo com os 4 candidatos. A recrutadora perguntou sobre o que a gente conhecia do Senac/Sesc Fecomércio. Depois, tivemos 5 minutos pra responder 4 perguntas escritas: quem sou eu, por que escolhi trabalhar no Senac, quais experiências minhas se aproximam da vaga e o que preciso evoluir. Em seguida, teve uma dinâmica em grupo onde tivemos que escolher 5 demissões de 10 perfis de profissionais, cada um com um defeito e uma qualidade. Por fim, tivemos que escrever uma redação de até 20 linhas sobre como construir relações confiáveis no ambiente de trabalho. Duas pessoas seriam aprovadas para a próxima etapa, mas não fui, acho que por esquecer o título da redação.
