The selection process is chill! First, I applied on the official senac website for openings, then they sent a grammar test, and finally, they scheduled a group dynamic. During the group dynamic, I liked how the interview flowed, but the big downside was mixing external candidates with internal candidates who already work at Senac. In the dynamic, a colleague in the group already worked somewhat with the position, but regionally, and the vacancy was for National. Because of this, she already had all the information about the business model, daily life, strategies, and processes, which I think made it unfair.
