Had a group activity and was asked to talk about ourselves. They asked a lot of typical questions, but I think they could have been more objective. The position was advertised as requiring no experience, and the goal was to learn, but they ended up only calling people who already had experience instead of giving a chance to those who don't.

Technical Group Behavioral Presentation
The process was extremely long and tiring. It began with an online test. Then, there was a group dynamic activity, followed by an HR interview and an interview with the area manager. I made it all the way to the manager interview and then got eliminated. I went through the whole process only to reach the end and barely be interviewed by the manager. He asked or interacted very little. He just read my resume, even complimented it, but it seems they had already chosen someone else before me, as the 'interview' with him lasted only 10 minutes. Definitely a negative experience. They made me travel long distances only to give me little time in the final interview. It was a waste of money, but at least I learned something, up until the final interview.
