Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial.
Sales Representative
A group interview at Senac will assess communication, teamwork, and sales skills through dynamics, practical simulations, and possible individual interviews. It'll highlight empathy, negotiation, and resilience for the sales role.
- Were you able to convey confidence and enthusiasm?
Sales
First, there was a presentation. Then, a group activity where we had to cut out images from a magazine. One image represented our personality, and another represented what we were looking for in our professional lives. Following that, there was another very difficult dynamic. Everyone was nervous and tired. To finish, we had to write an essay. I didn't understand the logic of the dynamics because those who did well were not hired. The job was for the hours of 10 AM to 7 PM. A company that sells education is hiring for hours when it's impossible to study in person. Think again.
- We drew words and had to sell 'the product,' like BLACK COLOR, WHITE COLOR, etc.
Sales Assistant
First, I did some tests on the vagas.com website. Then, I had a job interview with HR, where I had to show my education level, answer some questions, and do a small test. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager.
- Can you state your full name?
- What is your civil status?
- Describe your professional experience.
