The interview process started with an online test that had both aptitude and technical questions. After that, a few students were shortlisted for an interview. This role was open to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates. My background is EEE, and the interview was purely technical, focusing on the fundamentals.

I had a good interview experience. The person who interviewed me was professional and made the conversation comfortable and engaging. The questions asked were relevant to the role and allowed me to clearly explain my skills and experience. The whole process was well-structured, and I appreciated learning more about the company and what they expect. Communication was clear throughout, and the interview felt respectful and fair.

It can feel a bit slow between stages, though, which isn't great for keeping candidates engaged. They also don't give much feedback after the interviews, and getting more detailed feedback would be super helpful for improvement. It would also be cool if they talked more about the company culture and career growth to make the whole experience more appealing.
