Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saint-Gobain.
Marketing
It was a 2 stage interview process, involving talks with different teams and an in-person meeting. Questions focused on attitude and values, as well as job aptitude. The vibe was pretty casual, no presentations or materials needed, the main thing was seeing if you'd be a good fit for the company and the team.
- What's your approach to managing your workload?
Marketing
In a single day, I met with the HR manager and then the manager who was looking for an intern. Note that the HR person asked me some questions in English to assess my level. Interviews were overall very relaxed and easy.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Are you sure you can do this?
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Marketing
A recruiter reached out to me about the job. We had a phone call, and then another virtual chat with the recruiter. After that, the hiring manager interviewed me virtually. Then, I had five more virtual interviews with other team members.
- Can you describe your marketing strategy or approach?
