Behavioral Presentation

I had a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams for a young apprentice position in Industry 4.0 maintenance. It was a good, smooth interview. They asked common questions, introduced the team I would join, and talked about the company and themselves. The only issue, which really upset me with their selection process, was the criteria: you had to be part of the 'diversity' group, meaning you had to be Black/of color and/or LGBTQ+. Because I'm white and heterosexual, I didn't move forward. I later found out why, and it's sad that such a big company has prejudiced criteria for selection.

  • What do you like to do in your free time?
  • What did you think of the job opening?
