After going through several interview stages, including a face-to-face meeting at the company site, I was ghosted. No one got back to me after I last spoke with the recruiter. The people seemed nice, but the recruiting process was unprofessional.

The hiring process was quite slow and methodical. It kicked off with a recruiter chat, then moved to phone interviews with the hiring managers. After that, there was a half-day session involving group interviews. The whole thing wrapped up with an interview with the Plant Manager. It really dragged on; I even started to wonder if they were still interested.

There was a 30-minute phone call with HR first. Then an in-person meeting with HR and the company tutor. It was a pretty standard interview, covering my motivation letter, checking my language skills, and so on.
