It was pretty standard, two rounds in total. First, I spoke with the store manager, then with the hiring manager. They asked me about my past experiences and if I had experience in meeting sales targets. A lot of the questions were about teamwork, for example, they asked me to talk about a time I had to communicate a decision to a colleague that might make them unhappy.

So, first there was like 1 round that was a phone call. Then they called me for a second round, which was more like getting to know me. They wanted me to introduce myself and talk about why I'm interested in this position and share more about my past work experiences. It seemed to go well. After that, I got an email for the next round, which was a technical one.

The hiring process moved pretty quickly. They mostly dove deep into my past experiences and how they related to the job. They also asked about my work ethic and what drives me. It was generally a straightforward process, with one unexpected part where I had to simulate a day on the job and outline how I'd tackle specific challenges.
