Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rogers Communications.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. I had a friendly chat with the interviewer and didn't feel any pressure. I would have really liked to join this company, but unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer in the end. I'm hoping to get another shot in the future. I think it's a really great company with a promising future.

Software Developer
First, there was a recruiter call. Then, a panel interview with the manager, a developer, and the tech lead where they asked behavioural, non-coding technical, and problem-solving puzzle questions. Finally, an interview with the Director focused on behavioural aspects like growth and company culture.

Software Developer
Had an in-person interview with managers. It included a written coding test. We started with a general interview asking soft skills questions. Then we reviewed software projects before starting the written coding test. The coding test covered MVC, SQL, sorting methods, time complexity, and OOP concepts. The interviewers were friendly and gave enough time for the test.
