I applied online and then had a phone interview. The next day, I completed a 1-hour quiz that covered general topics like salary expectations, work history, background, and technical abilities. After that, I had an in-person interview with two hiring managers, which lasted an hour, followed by a written test focused on technical skills like SAS and SQL. The interview was quite thorough, with many scenario-based questions related to my resume.
