It was a pretty simple interview, unfortunately, I was running late and was going to miss my scheduled time and had to reschedule it for 2 hours later. I asked a worker for the manager, and the manager took me to her office for the interview.

The interview put a big emphasis on general customer service and communication skills. They presented various scenarios to see how I'd handle and resolve conflicts. Overall, it felt like an easy interview. They advised to be ready with examples of times I've successfully managed a tough situation before.

The whole hiring thing was super easy. I applied online after using the job search tool to find roles in my area that I was interested in. They invited me to pick an interview date and time from a few choices. I interviewed with the store manager, who was great - really down-to-earth, and we clicked right away. The interview felt more like a chat between friends, which made me feel comfortable and I could just be myself. They made an offer, which I accepted. Now I'm just waiting on the background and drug test.
