The interviewer read directly from an interview packet. I was informed that there were no openings, and I'm not sure why the position was advertised. They actually sought me out for this interview, which I found confusing.

I interviewed with the manager who I gave my resume to. They gave me a quiz to memorize 24 aisles in the store and come back in 15 minutes. I did it in 10 minutes and impressed him. Then, he gave me an easy computerized quiz to take at home and wait for results. I also had to take a drug test while he did a background check. I would start a few days after the results.

The hiring process was very straightforward, requiring only a paper application. They conducted a background check and a drug test before starting the training. The manager was efficient and helpful, ensuring a quick onboarding. They receive many applications, and mine was ultimately selected.
