The interview was pretty short, maxing out at around 30-45 minutes. The person interviewing me was super nice and made me feel really comfortable, which is awesome because you get a feel for the work environment if you end up getting the job.

The interview was with the store manager and not the pharmacy manager and consisted of 10 tell me a time when questions. No questions on my background, what I wanted from a job, or my work ethic, just tell me a time questions. One or two is OK but 10 is way over the top and just the lazy way to interview. I was way-over qualified for this job but they wouldn’t even know that based on the questions.

I applied and then got a call from the District leader who set up an interview. I couldn't make the first date, so we rescheduled for when I was back in town. After a couple more phone calls when I got back, I had the interview. It was quick and simple, and they get back to you pretty fast, especially if you follow up.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about your expectations for a pharmacist role.
  • Describe how you would handle the challenges of working in a retail pharmacy setting.
