It was a really thorough and professional interview process. They really wanted to make sure I could stay on my feet and be proactive in the store. They seemed really welcoming and seemed to look forward to training new employees.

It was pretty straightforward. I applied online and got a call back for an interview. We scheduled it, and the interview itself was quite simple. They asked some standard questions. A few days later, they let me know they were hiring.

Behavioral Technical Other

I got an application from the store and gave it back. Then I had to call a number for an automated screening where they asked questions to check my honesty. After that, the manager called me for an interview. He asked about my customer service experience and my availability. He didn't really go into much detail about the job itself. He kept emphasizing that he needed someone with open availability, which seemed to mean working until 10 PM every day, including holidays. Once he told me the pay rate, I realized this job wasn't for me.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance from your past employment where you assisted a customer?
  • What is your availability for working evenings (up to 10 PM), weekends (up to 10 PM), and all holidays?
