Sales Associate
The interview process was good, but I never heard back about the position. I called twice and the assistant manager told me the job was no longer available because the previous employee decided not to leave. It would have been nice to get an update.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- How would you manage a difficult customer?
Sales Associate
The interview process was very straightforward, and the manager reassured me that there was no need to be nervous. Since this was my first job interview, I was a bit anxious, but the manager was really friendly. The main hurdle was having to complete a drug test either the same day or the next day, which I understand is necessary because we will have access to the pharmacy. The company policy states that one cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while working, which also seems reasonable. The background check took an unusually long time, to the point where I nearly thought I wouldn't hear back. It took a full month, and I attribute the delay to the background check process itself rather than the manager.
- What is the procedure if a coworker finds money on the ground and keeps it?
- What actions should be taken when a customer requests a product that is out of stock?
Sales Associate
It was an easy interview process. I had to go into the store to pick up a paper application, fill it out, and return it. A few days later, they called me for an interview. After the interview, they asked me to take a drug test as soon as possible. Once I submitted the drug test, I got the job offer.
- Tell me about your experience with customer support and satisfaction.
- What would you do if you had a conflict with a customer?
- What would you do if you had a conflict with a coworker?
