HR gave me a call for a phone screen, and after that, they were going to set me up with an interview with the store manager. I ended up declining to speak to a manager because I had already been offered another position elsewhere. The interview process went very well overall, and the managers asked relevant questions. It seemed like they liked what they were doing and were interested in the stores overall well-being.

Behavioral Other

The interview was with a business professional, dressed in a suit and tie. There was a UNIX test and multiple questionnaires, essentially a meet and greet to assess if I was a good fit for the company. I was informed of the decision a couple of weeks later.
