First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rite Aid.
Intern
I first spoke with my pharmacy manager. Her endorsement was necessary to progress to the subsequent interview with the district manager. The offer came through very quickly after my discussion with the district manager.
- What makes you the top choice for this role?
Intern
The process was pretty straightforward. I reached out to the district manager for the pharmacy, and they initially said they'd let me know if any positions opened up. Within about a week, a store manager contacted me to say I'd been hired by the D.M. and asked if I could come in for a casual chat.
- Could you tell me about any previous experiences you've had?
- What is your availability like?
Intern
I gave my resume to the store manager when I arrived. Then the district manager called me to schedule an interview. After meeting with the district manager, and they ran a background check and drug screening that Rite Aid covered, I was hired.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
- In what ways do you think you can help with the operations?
