This was one of the easiest interview processes I've seen. Christian and Amy kept me in the loop the whole time and were really nice and helpful. It started with a phone call where I talked about myself and why I wanted the job. We also went over the role so I knew what I was getting into, and they told me right then I was moving on. Just a couple days later, I had a Google Hangouts interview with the area and operational managers. They asked more about me, the role, and the company. They said I'd hear back by the end of the day about a half-day trial shift. About two hours later, they called to say congrats and invited me for a half-day shadow with a technician to see the job and ask questions. Throughout, everyone was super clear about the job's pros and cons, from managers to the technician Phillip. This really helped me understand the role, unlike other jobs I've applied for. After the shadow, I had another call with my manager Luis and operational manager Devard to discuss the day, if I liked it, any challenges I might face, and if anything surprised me. They also asked about sustainability at the company. After that, they offered me the position. The whole thing took a little over a week with great communication. Christian even called to congratulate me. Honestly, even without the offer, the professionalism, speed, and clear communication were impressive, especially for a big company taking the time to brief me thoroughly.

We kicked things off with a chill pre-screening phone chat to see if I was a good fit for the role, learn a bit about the company, and get the lowdown on what to expect during the interviews. After that, I had a laid-back in-person interview where we dug deeper into the job and they asked me to share examples of good and bad customer interactions and what I thought the job really involved. The last part was getting to hang out for a few hours with someone already doing the job to get a real feel for it and see if it was a good match for me. Christian and Claire were my first contacts for the pre-screening and helped sort out the next steps. Jordan and Sarah interviewed me face-to-face. Everyone I talked to made me feel really comfortable and welcome, which I really appreciated.

I applied for the role and was quickly contacted by Christian Facer from recruitment. He told me the next step was a phone call interview, which I then had with him. Christian made me feel comfortable and explained what would happen next. He kept me updated. Then, Claire Wilson called to update me on how things were going. Claire was really nice to talk to. After that, I got a call to say I'd passed to the next stage: an interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. Shortly after that interview, Claire Wilson called me to say I'd been successful and was the only one to get to the next stage. Both Claire and Christian were great throughout, keeping me informed and answering my questions quickly, professionally, and with real care. I've never had such a good interview experience and think they are a real asset to the recruitment team.

I sent in my CV online and had a first chat with Christian over the phone. He was great, really friendly and professional, and explained the job details to make sure it was a good fit. Then Christian passed me to Claire, who was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. She scheduled my second interview, which was a video call with my area managers. After that, Claire set up my third interview, another video call, this time with the regional manager. All the interviews felt relaxed and not stressful at all. I got the impression they really want you to do well, they even sent me a guide before the second interview.
