I chatted with Jess first, she was really helpful and answered all my questions about the role. Then I had a phone interview with Mark. He asked me some questions and told me more about the job. After that, I had a virtual video interview with Bob and Zac. They asked me some more questions about myself and my experience and clarified any details about the role.

I had multiple interviews during this process. It started with a screening interview with Liz, who made me feel comfortable. This was followed by an interview with the area sales manager, who also made me feel welcome and comfortable, and explained the role in more detail. The final interview was in person, which I prefer, but I understand that Rentokil is a large organization with talent across the UK. The last interview was more informal, like a chat, as the manager didn't want to repeat questions asked in the previous interviews. I'd like to thank Jess and Liz for keeping me informed and ensuring I had all the necessary information to succeed.
