So the HR person from Rentokil said hello first. After I replied, I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my work history from the very first place I worked up until now, also mentioning why I quit. I also talked about my studies and my family. Then, they asked what I knew about PT. Rentokil Initial, and I told them everything I could recall. After that, they asked why I wanted to join PT. Rentokil Initial, and I explained my intentions. They asked another question too. The whole interview was quite serious, but the HR person was friendly and seemed to really listen to what I was saying, and our chat went smoothly.

The interview process went very smoothly even though the recruiter was a little late from the specified time because previously there were interviews with other candidates. From the beginning of the introduction, the recruiter was very friendly and enthusiastic to listen to my answers and when I asked questions, she was answered completely. The recruiter explained in more detail about the job description, recruitment process, facilities that this company will provide, and so on. The questions asked in my opinion were very good, nothing difficult, and balanced by two-way communication so it did not feel like an interrogation.
