I had my first interview over the phone, then they invited me to the branch for a second interview. The next day, they called me to go on the road with a driver to learn the job, and right after that came the final interview. I got the congratulations call the day after that, which made me very happy. Thank you to everyone who helped make the interview a good experience and made the right decision to accept me. The interview process was pretty simple. First, I got a call from Louise and Abbie from recruitment. They were really nice and asked me some questions to see if I was a good fit for the company. After that, I had an interview with the depot manager, Tracey, who was also very approachable. Then, I spent a morning out with a driver named Fred. He knew a lot about how things work and made me feel like part of the team right away. I went back to the depot and had another quick chat with the manager. A few hours later, I got a call offering me the job. Abbie also sent an email congratulating me on the offer.

I applied online and got a call from Jennifer asking about my experience. My info went to the depot, and Louise called to set up an online interview. It was pretty chill, I talked about my background and what I do in my free time. The next day, Louise called again, saying the managers liked me and wanted me to do a 'field day and interview'. I shadowed another driver for a couple of hours, seeing the job and chatting about it. Then we went back to the depot for another interview, super relaxed, where I could ask questions. Angela called a few days later, sorted out my concerns, and made an offer. She said to think it over with my family, which I did, and called back the next morning to accept.
