Customer Service Representative
The interview process was great, Susan Watson really made me feel at ease and helped me prepare. Then it was lovely to meet Karen McMillan & Aalisha Javed on the video call, they were both really lovely and welcoming.
- What knowledge do you have about our company?
Customer Service Agent
The screening process started with a telephone call, which led to an interview offer. If successful, I was invited to the office to observe someone performing the role, giving me insight into the daily tasks and responsibilities. Amy S and Kerry A, the recruitment assistants, were very helpful and polite throughout the process, responding to emails quickly.
- What unique contributions can you make to this position, and what sets you apart from others?
- Could you share your most significant accomplishment?
- In three words, how would you describe yourself?
Call Centre Agent
Had a telephone interview first. Then went to an assessment centre with group activities. I thought I was going to have a 1 on 1 interview, but it ended up being with 4 people, which surprised me since they said it would be 1 on 1 on the phone.
- How would you handle a challenging customer?
