My call initially started with Mark and was seamless throughout. He was confident on the call and clear in his approach. When he began asking the screening questions, Mark gave me time to answer them, whilst also meeting my expections towards the end of the call - explaining the next stage of the process. Jess contacted me the following day and informed me I was successful in the first stage of the interview process, to which I was invited to a virtual interview. I was given relevant information to follow to assist in the interview and informed me of the interview format to allow me to prep accordlingly. Thank you both.

We began with a 30-minute phone call to go over my experience as it related to the job. Next, there was a video meeting with two company reps to further discuss the role and my background. Then, I visited the site, met some of the team, and saw the actual work. I had open conversations with the team and they answered everything I asked. Finally, another video call took place to talk about the site visit, and after that, they extended a formal job offer.
