First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Persistent Systems.
ReactJS Developer
The first part was a technical interview. They asked me some React and JavaScript questions, from beginner to advanced. The second part was not good. The interviewer was supposed to join at a certain time but was 30 minutes late. After joining, we did introductions. Then, they asked me 3 theory questions and 1 output-based question. That was it. A few days later, HR told me I wasn't selected. The whole conversation was very short, maybe 5-10 minutes. I don't understand how they judged my skills.

it was two rounds, i have been interviewd both rounds, but in the final round hard to digest without any reasons (technicaly ),i have been rejected, i have done mudular components library dev for 2 years successfully, the interviewer was not ready to listen my answered he want in his way 2*2 - 4, evn i have mentioned 2*2 or 2+2 can be 4. . really disheartened however not down by my belief. Avil the interviewer has to learn the listening capacity and agree to all possible solution and best one for the team. please grow up !! guys think twise before apearing infront of this kind of selection.

It was pretty standard. You'll need to review your knowledge and be able to talk about your projects. They'll want to know your expectations. Expect some coding tasks involving object-oriented programming or JavaScript. Make sure you're up-to-date on microservices and Angular. You should also know how to create AI prompts and use AI for writing unit tests.
- Discuss .NET oops concepts.
- Explain design patterns.
- What is your knowledge of SQL?
Cloud DevOps Engineer
For the HEC Paris Master's program, the interview process often includes a presentation where you'll discuss a past project for about half the interview time. You'll likely meet with alumni and student ambassadors who will ask about your presentation and also some behavioral questions. They are looking to see if you're motivated, think critically, and would be a good fit for the HEC community. These Master's interviews are usually conducted online via Zoom. For other companies in Paris, like Paris Group, the interview experience can differ a lot. Some are very professional and organized, but others can be messy with poor communication and take a long time to complete. You might be asked about your work experience, how you handle stressful situations, and how you deal with conflict. Some interviews are fully online, but for others, you might have to come to the office multiple times.
- Can you discuss AWS Cloud Security?
