The recruitment process is quite lengthy, starting with an aptitude test. Those who pass this move on to a coding round, and if they do well there, they advance to another coding round. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates participate in training sessions covering Java, SQL, and Linux. Following this, the interview stage begins at their office, typically involving three to four rounds of interviews that feature medium to hard difficulty questions. The entire process is highly selective, with only one or two students usually being hired. It feels like a significant time investment of 3-4 months, and the interviewers are not particularly friendly.

It was a 5 round online assessment process, then technical 1, technical 2, and an HR round. After that, there was a 6-month training program followed by an in-office exam covering both objective and subjective topics. Then another 6-month training program, and after that, another in-office exam on objective and subjective material.

After one month of the Martian program, we were asked to take an online test. It included aptitude, MCQs, and two medium-level coding questions. If you perform great, you might get an advance package of 7.5 & 9 LPA, but you need to give an Advance Coding test. If you do not perform well in the Advance Coding test or Tech rounds 1 & 2, then your package can be made basic (4.7 LPA after internship). Shortlisted candidates had to face Technical round 1 & Technical round 2. Internship stipend is not provided. They want us to do 6 months unpaid internship, and after completing the internship, there will be one more test. After clearing that test, we will get a Full-time offer for a base or advance package. From 180 students in our college, no one got an advance package. Even if you get selected for an advance package, they ask tough questions on Graphs and DP, and if you can't code it within 15-20 minutes, they will demote your package to the Base package.
